Last updated 7 years ago by UtrechtCentral.com

Dutch multinational banking and financial services institution Rabobank are less likely to pay out bonuses this year compared to last year.

Rabobank are in the process of reform having suffered million in losses over the previous year. Bonus giveaways to employees were already on the decline in 2013 and will not be receiving any bonuses in 2014. The directors in turn will be receiving a discount between 40 and 70 percent on their wages.

Jan van Nieuwenhuizen, a highly experienced Dutch banker, will be joining the executive board and be responsible for wholesale clients for both local and international clients. His assignation is yet to be approved by the regulatory authorities. Jan has been working with the Rabobank since 2009.
