Waalwijk wipe floor with FC Utrecht

Last updated by

FC Utrecht missed the chance to claim joint third place with Arnhem’s Vitesse in the premier division standings after losing badly (4-0) to North Brabants RKC Waalwijk yesterday evening.

The second goal from the home side would already fall in the 16th minute further triggering Duits and Najah to both receive one goal more to their names by the full-time whistle.

It would seem your typical case of good riddance after Utrecht having slain Willem II with a 5-1 victory just one week ago on November 3.

FC Utrecht could slip down a spot in the tables should Feyenoord claim a home win against Roda JC this afternoon at 13:30 CET.
