In their last game before the winter break, local rivals SCHC proved too strong for the ladies from Kampong in the big derby game. The Biltse ladies quickly took the lead and eventually ran out to 4-0 lead in the fourth quarter. Margot Zuidhof, pictured above, scored a consolation goal for the team. Final score 4-1.

The Ladies are now in sixth place and a long way from the top 4. From now on, the indoor season takes over until the new year.

Our Netherlands internationals, Margot Zuidhof and Renee van Laarhoven, with keeper Alexandra Heerbaart as reserve, are with the Dutch team at the Champions Trophy in China from November 17 till November 25.

The Mens team from Kampong, without their internationals who are preparing for the World Championships, won 2-1 at Oranje Red in the Autumn competition. Martijn Havenga and Jip Janssen scored the Kampong goals. This coming Sunday, the men will play at home against Tilburg. Starting at 2.45pm
