After their 4-0 defeat to Quick last week, Hercules will be looking to get back to winning ways when they face Dongen on Sunday in their Third division game. Hercules will have Loed Keizer back after he returns from injury, but Emilio Prieto y Gorgosz will not be available as he was abroad for a week and was unable to train with the team. After his red card last week against Quick, Goalkeeper Fons Mulder is suspended

How long trainer Jochem Twisker will be without the goalkeeper is not yet clear as the KNVB has not yet issued a suspension. Coach Twisker wants to put the clubs side to the KNVB as he doesn’t think that the red card was warranted last week.

After only having conceded one goal in their first four league matches, Hercules conceded four against Quick as they suffered their first defeat of the season. The Utrechters will want to make amends against Dongen who come to the Voordorp in 13th place, five places below Hercules. Last year, the match ended in a 2-0 win for Hercules. The Utrechters will want to show their fans that they have recovered after the disappointing performance of last week and repeat last seasons victory.
