Beckys Bootcamp targets Utrecht Men

Last updated 2 years ago by Jon Wilkins

Great news for all you fitness avoiding guys out there in Utrecht!

There’s a men’s only bootcamp being held every Wednesday from 20.00 till 21.00  at the “Tolsteegplantsoen”,

Instigated by Beckys Bootcamp and  taught by their new and enthusiastic teacher Rex.

Every 2 months Becky herself teaches a class in and around Perry Sport in Hoog Catharijne, which is completely free to join AND you get a 20% discount on Perry Sport items as a reward for finishing the class.

Besides this, in the very near future she will be launching the “Fit Me Intense” programme, in which she will help people lose weight and get into shape FAST. It will be an intense 4 to 8 week programme full of training, healthy eating advice and coaching.

It is especially for those who have a hard time trying on their own and keep losing momentum.

It will be a small group with limited spots available, so I’d say keep an eye out
