New LEGO store opening in Utrecht this year

Last updated 3 months ago by Michael Darmanin

[gard align=”right”]Good news for all the LEGO fans in Utrecht. Later this year, LEGO is planning to open its first official store in Utrecht, as well as in Amsterdam. This LEGO store will be fully dedicated to LEGO’s products. Although there are several franchise LEGO stores in the Netherlands, these will be the first stores that are LEGO owned. LEGO currently owns about 130 stores worldwide.

No date for opening or location has been announced yet. It is expected that a store will open before the end of the year, so that it is open before Christmas shopping will start. There will be a party to celebrate the opening of the store, where LEGO fans, both young and old, will be welcome. At the store, shoppers can build their own LEGO figures, as well as participate in building contests.
