Samsung comes to Utrecht

Last updated 2 years ago by Jon Wilkins

Samsung is to open its first Experience Store in Utrecht

On April 12, Samsung will open its first Experience Store in the Netherlands , at the Hoog Catharijne shopping centre in Utrecht.

Previously they have used pop-up stores in the Netherlands to promote their new product launches, but this will be the first permanent sales outlet.

The store will give Samsung customers the opportunity to try out all Samsung products before purchase.

In addition, they will be able to get advice on Samsung smartphones, smartwatches, tablets and accessories, and also get security recommendations, as well as photography tips and hints on data transfer.

The store will also house Samsung’s third service centre in the Netherlands.

Customers can bring in their Samsung devices without an appointment for any repairs.

Screen replacements will be possible on the same day if customers arrive with them before 15.00h.
