Millions spent in Property Sales

Last updated 2 years ago by Jon Wilkins

Business is booming in Utrecht with two massive sales of property in the city.

Bouwinvest have paid over 150 Million Euros on a Central Park Office scheme. The property is next to Central Station and City Hall. Towering over 22 floors, the floor area is 28,000m2 and there will be 370 parking spaces. Acquired from a partnership between Angelo Gordon and APF International, the building is ideally situated for transport and business links.

Meanwhile across the city, Urban Interest and Built to Build have purchased The Wall for over 50 Million Euros from Propertize, part of the Lone Star Fund. This at a time when retail space there has begun to be rented and sold as reported in these pages. There have been many owners of the centre in recent times, let us hope that this current sale will bring The Wall success.
