De Beren opens new branch

On Tuesday 2nd July, from 10:30 a.m., De Beren Restaurants, with the opening of yet another branch are celebrating for the 41st time. De Beren started in 1984 as a snack bar in Rotterdam and has grown with high success throughout the Netherlands. The new branch is located in the village of Veenendaal, which sits on the edge of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug (Utrecht Hill Ridge) and the Gelderse Valley. The new branch of the restaurant will be run by Leo and Bianca Bruins who currently manage De Beren Restaurant in Houten.
In a brand new building at the Rondweg-West 250A, guests can enjoy an extensive lunch, a cozy drink and the famous ‘De Beren Classics’ from the charcoal grill. To add even more festivity to the opening, the fourth customer wins free meals for the entire month of July. Also, guests have the chance to win a free dinner for two this month and from partner Ekris BMW Veenendaal, tour for a whole weekend in a brand new MINI.
The new restaurant is decorated in a cool contemporary bear fur pattern, complete with a bar surrounded by cozy seats perfect for an evening with friends and family. The warm lights and green foliage décor gives it style and coziness.
From 10.30 am, guests will be seated for lavishly filled sandwiches, club sandwiches and hearty salads. In the evening, guests can indulge in the ‘De Beren Classics’: traditional dishes such as the spare ribs or satés. There are Extensive arrangements for anyone who likes to be surprised: from sharing dinner to High Wine and from High Beer to High Tea. With Pathé Ede just 10 minutes away, a dinner at the Beren can be combined with a fun evening out with a movie. A three-course menu and access to the film house can be enjoyed with the Dinner & Film package worth €31 per person.
