Arbo Unie and Zorg van de Zaak Network contemplating partnership

Last updated 1 year ago by Michael Darmanin

[gard align=”right”]Arbo Unie and Zorg van de Zaak Network are investigating the possibility of working closely together. The two leading service providers in occupational health care recently signed a letter of intent. Together they want to give a strong quality boost to the guidance of the rapidly changing working conditions in the Netherlands.

The effects of digitization, making the labor market more flexible, blurring the dividing line between work and private life and working longer due to increased life expectancy have a great impact on workers of today and tomorrow. By joining forces, Arbo Unie and Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk can better meet changing social needs and offer innovative solutions. Acceleration is possible with more research, knowledge and specialization.

Benefit for employers
Marius Touwen, founder and DGA of Zorg van de Zaak Network: “Together we want to become an organization that is large enough to take company health care to the next level. Large enough for professional development, specializations, research, science and also personal attention. ”

Better guide three million workers
Lisette van Breugel and Willem van Rhenen, Directors of Arbo Unie: “Together we are able to innovate faster and smarter in order to achieve a quality improvement within company health care. This allows us to better guide around three million workers. “

Working central
Both Arbo Unie and Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk place the working person at the center of their approach. They attach great importance to quality, research and validated solutions. Both organizations also share the vision of qualitative development and personal attention to people from a social perspective.

Further investigation
The possible collaboration will be further elaborated in the coming period. This is expected to take several months. The intended cooperation is also subject to approval by, among others, the relevant supervisors, competition authorities and advice from participation bodies.
