The Kick ‘Sounds Good’ in Utrecht

For your entertainment and education, four music professionals will be speaking during the latest edition of The Kick

The Utrecht creative agencies Born05, Greenberry and Kaliber are organizing the 24th edition of The Kick.

The brasserie De Utrechter at Vredenburg will be hosting on Thursday 25 April. This time the creative industry of Utrecht comes together around the theme “Sounds Good.”

The doors open at 6:00 PM and the first speaker starts at 6:30 PM.

The Line-up for The Kick #24 is:

Michiel Cremers from Airborne, talking about sonic branding.

Yorick Goldewijk of Sonic Picnic, to talk about game sound design.

Jos Jansen from Big Orange, speaking on the power of audio based storytelling.

Niels den Otter from Audentity, who will talk about sound design.

Some of the topics of conversation will be:

How do you design sound for interactive applications, such as games?

How do you give a brand the sound that suits them?

What is involved in sound design for commercials?

How do you make sound the centre of your creative project?

Each speaker has ten minutes for his story, then there is time for questions and visitors can chat with each other whilst enjoying a snack and drink.
