Enjoy sensual and authentic Thai dishes as part of a set four course meal for two with seating along the Utrecht canal situated in the heart of town. See menu below for options:


Tom Tjeud Kai – light soup with vegetables and chicken meatballs
Tom Tjeud Phad – light soup with various vegetables and coriander


Thood Man Khawpoo – soft corn cookie with crispy corn kernels, soy and sweet and sour chili sauce
Larb Kai – fresh salad with minced chicken, spring onion, red onion, mint, dried chili pepper, coriander and roasted rice grains
Thood Man Plaa – soft fish cakes with Thai garter, lemon leaf and sweet and sour chilli sauce

Main course

Phad Thai Tahoe – noodles with tofu, spring onion, carrot, Thai sauce, coriander and peanuts
Nua Khiaw Waan – juicy pieces of beef in authentic Thai green curry with zucchini, bamboo, coriander and coconut milk
Kai Phad Muang – stir-fried pieces of chicken with dark soy sauce, carrot, leek, spring onion, onion, cashew nuts and sun-dried chilli pepper
Phaa Lad Phrik Kaeng – crispy pieces of fish fillet in authentic red curry with vegetables, served on a crispy bed of pointed cabbage and carrot

For more than 25 years you can find a piece of Thailand on the Oudegracht in the heart of Utrecht at restaurant Mahanakorn. In good weather you can enjoy an authentic Thai dish by the water. And if you reserve a table inside, you will sit in a chic interior with earth tones, leather chairs, white table linen and wooden accents. The colorful dishes that decorate your plate are prepared with fresh ingredients and Thai herbs. Examples are Thai noodles with shrimp, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, rice with vegetables and tofu, red curry with fish fillet and corn cookies with sweet and sour chili sauce; to get you in Thailand with your thoughts.
