Law of attraction
We get what we expect. It does not matter if it is good or bad. Your thoughts attract things you cannot see but are definitely there. It is of absolute importance to live with the theory, “the glass is half full”. The law of attraction is evidence to the beautiful theory which is explained in the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. Thoughts can change our lives forever. They can either make our lives colourful or put us in the dark. If we focus on the disasters that might happen, they will become bigger. We have to believe that the hardships are there for a reason. Perhaps because we did not enjoy the little opportunities and moments of happiness we receive in life. The way we look at our journey of life has direct consequences to it.
Do not take life for granted
What is the one thing you want the most in life? Is it love, a job, or perhaps a simple peace of mind? Spend your time focusing on what it is your heart desires and see what will happen. Surely we all have worries about our lives and the future due to COVID-19. It affects everyone globally. Naturally, it puts us in a rolling ball of negativity. Why don’t we try changing our thoughts around it in order to get through it together? How about we think about the positive side of COVID-19? It gave us a wake-up call, showing us that we took life for granted. It also made us spend more time at home with our love-ones.
Gratitude journal
Start by writing a gratitude journal and take from there. For example, say to yourself, “I know I have to work from home and I am grateful of the time I have with my family because of it.”
Always remember to see a sparkle of light called possibilities and you will do just fine.
